REFIT

REFIT® combines powerful moves with positive music to create an exciting, fun workout for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Finding a positive workout shouldn’t be a negative experience, so we’re bringing the PARTY to your fitness routine - and we can’t wait to dance with you!


REFIT FAQ

  • What’s the class schedule?

    Tuesdays at 9:15 AM & Thursdays at 9:15 AM

    Wednesdays at 6:00 PM (30 minute cardio boost)

    Sundays at 3:00 PM

  • Where do you meet?

    On Tuesdays & Thursdays, we meet at upstairs Northside Church!

    Enter through the Office Entrance and follow the REFIT signs! Once you’re upstairs, you’ll be greeted by our instructors who can answer any questions you may have!


    On Wednesdays & Sundays we meet in The Venue at Northside Church! When you arrive, enter in the Kids Entrance door and walk down the hallway. There, you’ll see our instructors who can get you checked in and answer any questions you may have!

  • How much does REFIT cost?

    REFIT is $3 per single class, or you can purchase a 10-class punch card for $20.



  • Do I need to reserve a spot beforehand?

    Nope! Simply show up to class, pay or get your card punched, sign a waiver if it’s your first time, and grab your spot!



  • What should I bring to REFIT?

    Be sure to wear clothes you’re comfortable moving and dancing in and a water bottle so you can stay hydrated!

Rev+Flow

REV+FLOW is a one-of-a-kind workout that’s kind to your body. This workout increases strength, builds muscle, and increases mobility and functionality in your movements. See what your body can do when you give it the opportunity to move - you’ll amaze yourself!

REV+FLOW FAQ

  • What’s the class schedule?

    REV+FLOW is offered on Sundays at 4:00 PM & Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Both classes are 60 minutes.

  • Where do you meet?

    REV+FLOW meets at Northside Church in The Venue. When you arrive, enter through the Kids Entrance door and walk down the hallway. There, you’ll see our friendly instructors who can get you checked in and answer any questions you may have!

    REV+FLOW incorporates floor work to increase mobility and flexibility, so please bring a yoga mat with you to class. If you would like to increase the strengthening aspect of this workout, you can also bring a pair of 2 lb or 3 lb weights with you.
